In the AC/DC Input Type sheet specify the input voltage range.
The radio buttons located under the headings AC Input Voltage, High Voltage DC, and Low Voltage DC allow you to select from a set of standard predefined input voltage ranges, or to specify a user defined range.
If a predefined voltage range is selected, its minimum and maximum values of input voltage and its line frequency (if applicable) are displayed in the Voltage, V and Line Frequency, Hz cells.
If a user defined voltage range is selected, you must enter the minimum and maximum values of the input voltage and the line frequency (if applicable) into the Voltage, V and Line Frequency, Hz cells.
The predefined voltage options are listed below:
Universal (85 - 265 VAC) universal input voltage range covering all worldwide voltage requirements
Single 100V (85 - 115 VAC) generally used in Asia (100 VAC ± 15%)
Single 115V (98 - 132 VAC) generally used in the United States (115 VAC ± 15%)
Single 230V (195 - 265 VAC) generally used in Europe (230 VAC ± 15%)
User defined AC Input Voltage Range
HVDC (200 - 375 VDC)
User defined High voltage DC range
Industrial (16 - 32 VDC) Industrial standard DC input voltage range
PoE (36 - 57 VDC) Power over Ethernet technology standard range
Telco (36 - 72 VDC)
Telco (24 - 48 VDC)
User defined Low Voltage DC Input range
Note: The Low Voltage DC group items are only available for DPA-Switch PI device family.
This option is available for LinkSwitch-PH and LinkSwitch-PL families only.
