This type of CC feedback can only be used in non-isolated designs, and basically it consists of converting the output current into a voltage by means of a sense resistor. The signal may or may not be filtered by a low pass filter, and is then connected to the feedback pin.
The image below shows an example of direct secondary feedback where R5 is the sense resistor connecting directly to the feedback pin.
