Warning

The BPP pin has an internal BPP (5V) clamp with limited power dissipation ability. The same pin is used for triggering OVP when the current into the pin exceeds a certain level (e.g. 7.6 mA). If the RBIAS value is selected too low, it may result in excessive dissipation in the BPP pin internal clamp, or false OVP shutdown may occur.  If the RBIAS value is selected too high, it may not provide the necessary current to the BPP pin.  In this case, bias current may have to be supplied from the internal BPP regulator, hence increasing the power consumption of the device.

In the BIAS - RBIAS circuit components dialogue, select RBIAS value within the suggested range.  Alternatively, use the RBIAS default value.
