Entering continuous conduction mode is not necessarily a problem with LinkSwitch-PL, however due to its control scheme, the harmonic distortion and power factor will degrade considerably when device operates in continuous conduction mode (CCM). Check worst case performance on the bench (use upper tolerance of the transformer).
