Information

The calculated wire diameter is less than the 0.125 mm recommended minimum diameter.

Transformers wound with wire that is less than 0.125 mm in diameter may be difficult to manufacture, as such fine wire often breaks during the winding process.  Check with your magnetics vendor to verify whether or not they can produce transformers of consistent quality using such fine gauge wire.

• Select a wire size with a larger diameter.
