The primary wire gauge (AWG) is higher than the recommended maximum.
Transformers designed with fine wire may be difficult to manufacture, as such fine wire often breaks during the winding process. Check with your magnetics vendor to verify whether or not they can produce transformers of consistent quality using such fine gauge wire. |
