If you specified a component list, some components may not be available in that list that is critical to completing the design. For example, if you did don’t add any high voltage capacitors or standard recovery diodes then the software will be unable to complete the input stage properly. Similarly if you did not add ceramic capacitors with sufficient voltage rating or shunt regulators then the software will not be able to properly compute the feedback section.
