Information

The thermal resistance (Rth) for the selected heatsink is too large.

The device can reach thermal shutdown during normal operation at the specified ambient conditions.

• Select a heatsink with a smaller thermal resistance (Rth) to reduce the operating temperature and prevent thermal shutdown under the expected load conditions and ambient temperature.
