The fit factor (FF) for the designed transformer is high. The transformer windings may not fit in the winding window.

You may be unable to fit the core halves over the windings on the bobbin due to the windings being too large.

• Verify the fit by building a prototype

• Choose a larger core and bobbin for the transformer

• Use smaller gauge wires for the windings.
