Notification 114 - Optimization failed: Do you want to review the "Best Fit" solution?

Warning

Optimization has failed, but PI Expert can provide a solution that is near the ideal limits.

One or more of the following Optimization limits were exceeded: turns per volt (TV), gap length (LG), peak flux density (BP), circular mils per amp (CMA) or the number of winding layers (L).

Although the design results may be within the required specification limits, the user is being given the option to optimize/adjust the design manually.

• Determine if both the "Cost " and "Efficiency" optimizations have failed (for TOPSwitch-GX, TOPSwitch-HX and TOPSwitch-JX.)  
  If they have not, consider accepting the "Best-Fit" solution and then manually adjusting it as desired.

• Optimization limits vary with output power and input voltage requirements.
