The optimization engine could not reduce the primary circular mils per amp (CMA) to a usable value.

The selected transformer would require an excessive wire diameter to fill the bobbin.

• Select different Core Range (select smaller ‘Core Start’) on ‘Solution Filter’ dialog at the begging of optimization, then retry the optimization.
